Our structured education program includes multiple monthly classes led by our in-house Level 4 educators. Through ongoing training, mentorship, and a clear path for growth, you’ll gain the technical and guest experience skills needed to build a rewarding career as a Stylist/Colors, all while helping your clients feel confident, empowered, and joy.

- Monthly no-cost education classes performing services on live models. Start building your business immediately.
- Learn the service approach to luxury, talent, teamwork and business growth
- Call Center staffed with fully trained and experienced booking specialists taking calls to book, move and change all your client appointments. We put clients in your chair!
- Social Media Manager who works in the salon creating content with 5+ posts per week on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Business development/Online Marketing Specialist who creates search engine traffic to our website, social media and review pages.
