Privé is a departmentalized salon, which means every employee specializes in his or her craft. Employees are hired only after an extensive tryout process and they regularly receive new, high-quality education on the latest trends and styles.
“Every single one of my stylist here is very talented. We do not hire anyone that we don’t feel 100% comfortable within knowing that they can provide the same great service as everyone else here,” says Rofé.
